What happens next?

After you enter your payment details you'll be taken to a thank you page with further instructions to book your Style Consultation/ Wardrobe Review and also your Premium Shopping experience. Please note that Consultations and wardrobe reviews are currently on Thursdays and Shopping experiences are available on Fridays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement is entered into between Emelia Morris Stylist ("the Stylist") and the Client. By proceeding with the styling services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Booking and Acceptance: By paying the booking fee, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
  2. Styling Services: The Style Your Success Package includes the following services:
    • Style Consultation and Wardrobe audit (2 hours)
    • 5-hour shopping experience at Chadstone Shopping Centre
    • 2 weeks of Voxer support, commencing from the Monday following your shopping session.
  3. Voxer Support: Voxer support will be accessible from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Thursday, during business hours. Emelia will intermittently check throughout the day to answer any styling advice questions you may have.
  4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Fees: 
    • a. If you're unable to make your booked style consultation and wardrobe audit date 48 hours prior to this session, or if the client is more than 15 minutes late for their session without prior notice, a rescheduling fee of $450 will be charged to rebook this element of the package. 
    • b. If you are unable to attend your personal shopping day, it is essential to notify Emelia via email or phone call at least 5 days before the scheduled appointment. In such cases, 50% of your booking fee will be retained.
  5. Additional Styling Services: Upon completion of the Style Your Success Package, if you wish to continue seeking additional styling advice from Emelia, you have the option to purchase long-term styling support on a monthly basis or book an additional Style Your Success experience.
  6. Retail Purchases: Emelia Morris Stylist is an independent entity and does not work directly for the retail stores where you make purchases. Any contracts and terms of sale for goods purchased are solely between you and the relevant store. Emelia Morris Stylist holds no liability for the quality, condition, or performance of goods acquired during or as a result of the services provided.
  7. Confidentiality: Emelia Morris Stylist will maintain the confidentiality of all communications, whether documented or verbal, shared by the client. However, it is important to note that the relationship is not legally confidential, and the communications between the client and Emelia Morris Stylist are not subject to legal protection.
  8. Styling Outcome: While Emelia Morris Stylist will make every effort to provide valuable styling advice and support, the outcome of the Package may vary based on individual preferences and circumstances. The Stylist does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
  9. Intellectual Property: Any styling advice, recommendations, or materials provided by Emelia Morris Stylist as part of the Package are for the Client's personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission from Emelia Morris Stylist.
  10. Limitation of Liability: Emelia Morris Stylist shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the package or its use.
  11. Modification of Terms: The Stylist reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Package will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
  12. Agreement: By purchasing the Style Your Success Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
