TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement is entered into between Emelia Morris Stylist ("the Stylist") and the Client. By proceeding with the styling services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Styling Services: The Style empowerment package includes the following services:
    • A virtual 60-minute Style consultation session with Emelia Morris Stylist  
  2. Booking Process:
    • Complete the questionnaire form - You will be required to fill out a questionnaire providing insights into your style goals before the scheduled session
    • Virtual Zoom Session - The package includes a 60-minute one-on-one Zoom session with Emelia Morris Stylist to delve into personalised styling guidance.
    •  Receive Your Zoom Recorded Video - After the session, you will receive a recorded video of the Zoom call, enabling you to refer back to your personalised styling advice.
  3.  Payment and Refunds: No refunds are available once payment has been made. 
  4. If the client is unable to make their booked session 48 hours prior to their booking, or if the client is more than 15 minutes late for their session without prior notice, a rescheduling fee of $249 will be charged to rebook this session. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent the session from occurring, rescheduling options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  5. The stylist-client relationship established during the 60-minute Style Empowerment Package is professional in nature and not legally confidential. Communications during the session are not subject to legal protection.
  6. While Emelia Morris Stylist will make every effort to provide valuable styling advice and support, the outcome of the session may vary based on individual preferences, wardrobe, and styling needs. The Stylist does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
  7. All materials, including the recorded Zoom session provided during the 60-minute Style Empowerment Package, are copyrighted by Emelia Morris Stylist. They are intended for the Client's personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission from Emelia Morris Stylist.
  8. Emelia Morris Stylist shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the 60-minute Style Empowerment Package or its use.
  9. Emelia Morris Stylist reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the 60-minute Style Empowerment Package will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

By booking the 60-minute Style Empowerment Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
